Ronnie Younkins Jackson Soloist
This Jackson was made in the San Dimas factory in September of 1984. The is your bassic Custom Soloist (meaning H-S-S with shark fins). The color is "Jeff Beck Pink". It is called that because a year earlyier in mid 83, Jeff recieved his first soloist in bubble gum pink. This one is serialized in the J300's and built like a tank. Off all of my "Star" guitars, this one has easily been played the most (on stage and off), well maybe the Vivian Campbell Night Swan was played more. It has a great worn in feeling and a very LP sounding bridge pick up tone, while still keeping some strat tones out of the singles.
I purchased this guitar directly from Ronnie. I have to say it was the best transaction I have ever had with a "Rock Star".
