Shipping If you were to be purchasing something from me, you would need to pay the shipping charges that we would agree upon. If I were to be buying from you, I would be expected to pay the charges. If we were doing a trade of any type, I would like you to pay for the shipping to me and I would pay for the shipping to you.

Other Shipping Notes

1. I do not use UPS any longer.  I only send out through FED EX for boxes and the US Mail for smaller padded envelopes.  I can go on and on about my bad luck with UPS.

2. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.  That means if your guitar gets to me on Wednesday, I will not ship yours till Friday.

3 You must ship the guitar in a box. I will not except guitars that have been sent it just a hard shell case. This guitar/case was shipped in a box with lots of cushion and it was still destroyed through UPS. photo 1 photo 2

4. If you are shipping a guitar in a gig bag, make sure that the guitar can't move in side the box.  If the guitar gets damaged on it way to me, most likely you will be getting your guitar sent back to you and you will find your self in a long battle with there insurance company.  (if it is in a bag - even if packed well - you will probably lose)

5. Insure the guitar properly,  don't be cheap and try to save $10, it might cost alot more in the end.

6. Any guitar that has any type of crack in the neck (i.e. fret boards, around locking nut holes, head stocks) will be returned if not discussed before hand. NO SURPRISES!

7. Don't go to a "Mail Boxs Ect." type of place.  They will charge you four times the amount then if you packed it yourself and took it to UPS or FED EX.  If you take the box (pre-packed) to UPS it should cost you: CA to IL $20 to $25, FL to IL $20, NY to IL $15 to $20.

Cases The reason why I don't include cases with the guitars is because there could be a lot of confusion that way. I want you to know exactly what you are getting when you see a price. I could include the price of the case into the guitar and charge more for it, or do it with no case and have a lower price. Sometimes customers don't want a case. In many instances the customer will ask for a case and I will find him a case that they want, not the one that I assign to it. Some times when you purchase a guitar from different sites, it will say a case. The first thing you have to ask is it an OHSC, a press board case, a bag? this way you know that there is no case up front. If you would like any of the other types of cases, please just ask and we will work it out.  If you see it say OHSC on my site, that means (ORIGINAL HARD SHELL CASE).

Process of transactions All transactions are done with money orders, cashier checks, cash, or credit cards over the phone. Do not send cash through the US Mail. All items worth over $100 must be sent through UPS, FED EX, or USPS (insured for their value). Less then $100 and you can do it any way you would like. I would require you to send the money first. After I get the check or gear, I will send out your gear to you on the next day that I ship.   Like any business, I need to get paid for my gear before it leaves my hands.  You wouldn't call up a Guitar Center in a different state and tell them to send out a guitar and when you get it, you'll send them the money.  It just doesn't work that way.

Returns If you are unsatisfied with anything that is purchased from me, you have the option of returning the piece of gear (web site purchases only). I would need you to keep the gear in the same condition that it was sent to you in. You need to make up your mind with in 24 hours from receiving the gear. I would ask you to pay for all of the shipping charges that were incurred during the deal (to me and from me).  You need to call us before you send it back, we will give you an authorization number for you to put on the box, to help in the return process. There are no returns for ebay purchases.
